Square Footage: 1,600 sf condominium located on the 26th floor of the famous Sierra Towers high rise.

Condominium is located on the 26th floor of the famous Sierra Towers building.  The space is situated at the west end of Sunset Strip with amazing view of the strip to the East and the west side of Los Angeles to the south.

The goal of the design which was for two high power-ed TV Executves, was to open up the space as much as possible and great a minimalist space that is simple and elegant.
